I found the hotel to have comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and free wifi connectivity between rooms. However, the room fixtures were a bit shabby with some fittings not properly installed, and visible cracks on the walls. The service was a mix of very rude encounters with unhelpful staff along with clean air-conditioned rooms. The location was good overall, despite the deserted shopping center on the route to the hotel. The dining experience was satisfactory with the standard options available. The hotel had some facilities worth noting.
The hotel rooms needed some attention, with wallpaper peeling off the walls and the toilet roll holder coming away, but overall, they were clean and in good basic condition. The service was below expectations, as the staff were unhelpful and a bit sarcastic, going as far as ripping a name off a board. The location, despite being on a busy road near a fire station, was quiet, and there was parking available. The dining experience was very good, with pleasant staff and delightful food. The facilities were in place and satisfactory.
